DELIVERY

Shipping is priced individually. The shipping cost is included on the pro-forma invoice sent to the customer as order confirmation. You can track the current shipment status and order progress on your account.

Shipping costs are subject to change – the cost indicated on the pro-forma invoice applies.

The Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer of any changes regarding delivery costs.

PERSONAL COLLECTION

You can also personally collect the purchased goods at our company headquarters after prior payment of the order and arrangement of the collection date: App Hurt ul. Firmowa 8, 62-023 Robakowo Open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

PAYMENT

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER - PREPAYMENT TO ACCOUNT After placing an order on our website, you will receive an email with purchase details and a pro-forma invoice with individually determined shipping costs. After accepting and paying the invoice, the order is assembled and shipped from our warehouse.

PERSONAL COLLECTION In case of personal collection of goods from our company headquarters, it is necessary to settle the payment in advance by bank transfer to the account indicated on the pro-forma invoice and show proof of transfer when collecting packages/pallets. Each personal collection must be arranged in advance with the store staff.
